Product Description
The kit replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. Know what you want

Purchased for a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 w/ the 5.7L 345ci HEMI. Sounds awesome. Easy to install, and the best price anywhere is right here on Amazon.com... Don't buy it for mileage improvement, I've seen maybe 1-2 miles per gallon increase, but at ~220 bucks its not a quick return on investment. Get it for the sound and the 10-12 extra horsepower. DO IT!

K&N Cold Air Works for Me

I have a 2004 dodge that I put the K&N cold air intake on. The effect was pretty noticeable right of the bat. My mileage did increase a bit...but you have to realize its a HEMI so nothing going to make it a gas sipper. I rate it a four out of five...easy to install, works well, but it pretty loud, that's the draw back...

The horspower and throttle response from this simple product is amazing.The first time that I drove with it installed I was both pleased and scared.The decible increase from the greatly relieved air flow sounded more like a tuned exhaust system.The noise increase is only noticible when you use it. Keep your RPM below 2000 or 2500 and you (or no one else) will even know that it is there.Instilation was fairly simple. A little common sense and review of the photos will get you through any snags.Enjoy
