Fine Motor Skill Builder

The OT suggested the red (soft) Theraputty to help build fine motor skills. The OT thought yellow Theraputty would be too easy and the green too hard. I did order the red, but also ordered 2oz of green (medium) for the occasional challenge.Our daughter loves both colors, but seems to prefer the green. I think she really likes the challenge of working harder (maybe a result of her sensory seeking). One of the exercises for Theraputty is to hide objects in the putty and let the child dig them out. This video is of our daughter digging out very small legos with the green (medium) putty. She does it fairly easily, so I may be ordering the blue soon!

re-attached fingers

Lost 3 fingers in construction accident and were re-attached but lost the knuckles on all three. The therapist recommended the tan color.I liked it so much went and ordered all of them so I would know how much I had progressed in finger strength by the level of firmness I was able to use. Excellent product but must be supervised with kids as you do not want it around cloth or anything porous. The 4oz is the best for hand.

We have used this product for many years with my son to increase hand strength and to help manage his stress levels-it is very theraputic and relaxing!!!I would however caution that it can be tricky to get out of carpet and other fabrics especially if it is allowed to sit.

Nice quality

I bought this to replace an older portfolio case of my husband's that was ruined when his office was flooded. The new one looks very nice, and the leather is high quality. It is versatile, with the pockets and 3 ring binder. It is slightly smaller than his old one, however, so doesn't hold quite as much. That's a plus in my opinion - he was carrying around stuff he hadn't touched in years :-)

Decent Product, No Rack Ears Included, SLOOOOOW Customer Service

Monster makes some nice gadgets that are light on your wallet.... Pfshh, we all know that's a lie, the products are nice but they are super expensive. Luckily this was for a customer. The 3600 works fine, does what it is supposed to do, but on page 17 of the manual it specifically states "The Included Rack Ears..." but they were not in the box. After calling in the afternoon and holding for an hour for "sales", I had other things to do. So I decided to call the next morning. I waited about 20 minutes for Technical Support, the rep was very nice, and opened up a ticket for me, but at the end, says "but I can't help you with this, you need to speak with sales". So transferred, an hour later, sales still has not picked up. Finally hung up, emailed....Q: Hi there. We recently ordered a HTS-3600 MKII Power conditioner for a customer. We opened it up and it did not have the rack ears included with the product, but on page 17 of the manual, it specifically states "This Monster PowerCenter includes two "Rack Ears" mounting plates for installation into a standard size equipment rack." After waiting for over an hour on hold for sales yesterday, I called this morning and after 20 minutes, spoke with a technical support person who gave me a case number which is *****. She then transferred me back to sales in which I waited another hour on hold before deciding to hang up. Hopefully we can figure out a way to get this rack ears situation figured out as soon as possible as it is holding up our job from being completed. And it seems like you guys are doing well, so maybe it's time to hire some more customer service people? Hour+ wait times for sales is pretty unacceptable. If someone could please call me today at..., I would appreciate it. I need to get this resolved ASAP. ThanksReceived an Email response 2 days later:A: Per UL regulations the rack ears are not sold separately. The can be ordered from our site at: [...]WHAT?? So I am in the same place that I started. Good, solid performer with a flaw

Got it today from Amazon at a great price. Setting up is easy with the included cables. The manual can be further improved with more technical explanations on what the protection circuitry actually does. My TV (50" Panasonic 1080p plasma) doesn't seem to have improved over a direct connection to the wall outlet; but the sound stage (via digital optical) of my Yamaha YSP900B (surround sound projector) does. The unit is well built and well integrated with other AV components. The only flaw is the low frequency buzz - audible within 5 ft from the unit. One would think Monster, being a reputable AV (primarily in AV interconnect cables) manufacturer, would not have allowed such a quality issue in the circuitry design. When the unit is enclosed in my AV cabinet, the buzz is not noticeable. But audiophiles beware! I would not have lived with the buzz if the unit is housed on an open AV rack.The included gold plated coax cable is only 3 ft long, obviously not enough for any serious setup. Again, Monster is a cable company after all; it should have included a longer cable.Overall, the unit is a good performer with a flaw (the buzz).

Burned up right away - smoke and all - it's dead

I was tempted by the GBD price and the positive reviews, but this item proved worthless for me:One day I plugged in a new Onkyo receiver and a new Onkyo ipod dock and played some music for about one hour. Then I unplugged everything to install a stereo cabinet and put the components in the cabinet. Once assembled, I plugged the HTS 3600 back to the same wall outlet. No lights came on. A couple of minutes later I smelled and saw smoke. It had burned itself up. It hadn't even been turned "on" or had any components plugged to it yet. I won't buy Monster again to manage power, it can't even handle being plugged in!Also noted: the Monster looks good but feels cheap. Plugs from components fit very loose in the the HTS 3600 outlets and I also noticed that the outlets themselves are flexible in the HTS 360 - like they are only screwed in from above but not below so the whole plate that holds the outlets bends upward a bit as you plug in a component.

If you love Pop Tarts, the low fat option is a great choice, they taste just like the regular ones. I got these with one of Amazon's special offers and saved quite a bit. I ordered these in January of 2009. The expiration date on the bottom of the boxes was November 2008! I guess that would possibly explain why they were on sale.

Great motor!

This motor replaced my motor on an old Rockwell 14" bandsaw, the frame on the old saw was a 56YC, this one was just a frame 56 but it bolted right up, This motor also can be ran in clockwise or counter clockwise with a few change of the leads coming out of the motor housing. Directions are right on the side of the motor, it comes wired clockwise and I needed it CCW so I had to change it. Motor runs great.

I like the texture of these. They are better when cooked stove-top with some seasoning (it is soy afterall) than tossed into a microwave but in a pinch, I do that also. These are a great source of protein for strict vegetarians and those who want to eat more healthy.

Don't expect it to taste like meat

I had not had these in years, until I ordered a case. I dip then in flour and pan fry in oil. Just like I remembered. I really enjoy them. It may be a bit of an acquired taste. You can not expect them to taste anything like steak, or you will be sorely disappointed. I am so glad Amazon is carrying these items. You can't beat the price, and the free shipping is great.

Great Pop Tarts

I am not sure why I bought these, I maybe thought they just looked good. I didn't realize I was buying so many when they came. This is like buying bulk at costco which I probably could have gotten cheaper there. Anyways, the taste on these things is a little more than average, they taste good. My favorite will always be S'mores though and I think a lot of people will agree. These taste just like a cinnamon bun though and are pretty good. 4 Stars out of 5.

my most used bag

This is a great everyday bag. It holds all my stuff, but it is slimer than it looks in pictures-you can't stuff it. If you are a student, please note that this will only hold one textbook. I love the strap, it is wide and comfortable. The cell phone holder is kind of dorky and too big for slim phones-but it comes off, so not to worry. The strap is somewhat adjustable. I have the tan one, but I have a different Clava bag in the darker brown-I love both colors. I think the tan color works very well with jeans. I've had this bag for about 1 1/2 years now and the leather has worn well. This is a bag I will use for many, many years. If you are going to buy one, watch the price!! There seems to be a big difference in price from seller to seller.
