A physical therapy must.

the concept is perfect. cold water can stay on your skin where ice burns. After several surgeries where the orthopaedic doc recommended these devices, my wife and I are sold. They make one of these for knees, elbows, feet, wrist, and shoulders...which we have used for post surgery. It takes the place of the compression bandages so you don't have several layers of gauze and bandages for the cold to get thru and you can keep it on 24/7 vs. 15 minutes for an ice pack. Less pain meds, less swelling, and less bruising means faster recovery. Why insurance companies typically don't cover this device, I don't understand...but if you have an upcoming surgery...BUY A CRYOCUFF and you will not be sorry.

Nice with the compression cryocuff thermos

Nice item when knee in pain and swollen . I got this for after my knee surgery. It got cold but never got as cold as I needed it to be despite following all the directions for the cryocuff thermos.

solid vacuum

This Nilfisk vacuum is a really solid machine, the suction is quite powerful. It if fairly quiet and the wheels work well. The hose is a nice length, a little extra footage but not too long and cumbersome.overall i'm very pleased. The filter bags seem a little pricy..

Wow, what a book!

I have the Chiltons AND Haynes manuals on the Volvo 240, and both together are smaller than this book.I bought this book because the overdrive went out (pretty common). Both the Haynes and Chilton manuals had very basic overviews of the overdrive area, but no detail. This book has full diagrams, step by step instructions, and suggestions on what part may be the culprit.I've used this book to fix wiring, work on the overdrive, and to take apart one of the doors. Full instructions and illustrations were included with everything I've needed to do so far.It's the only book you need for the 240.

Dogs love em, great for pilling big pills!

All four dogs in the house, as well as the dogs of friends love these, so there is no problem with the taste. They stay fresh in the internal plastic bag though the entire quantity. They work well for hiding large daily pills, even with one of my dogs who specializes in seperating pills from treats. I stopped daily feeds of these for around a month and my cattle dogs hair started getting "dry"...two weeks into the re-start of these daily and her hair is back to a high luster shine, so I suspect these are working well for both cosmetic and medical use. This vendor ships fast and provides discount offers for future purchases.
