Our fully adjustable, Adjust-A-Gate system is ideal for repairing an old gate or building a new gate. Equipped with all necessary parts, our gate is assembled on-site to get the job done right the first time. Fade and rust resistant all steel wood-color powder-coated 1 1/2" square frame and hardware. Allows three 2x4 or 2x6 horizontal supports for stabilizing gate boards. Adjustable diagonal truss cable keeps your gate true and straight year after year. Has a gate opening of 60"-96" for fences 4', 5' or 6' tall.

Wanted to love it, but it made me grumpy.

This is a great product idea with fair execution. I ordered two units to create a double swinging driveway gate.The packaging was terrible. Both arrived with the flimsy box ripped open, powder coating scrapped off in several places, and one frame actually bent. I would have returned it or exchanged it, but my timeline wouldn't allow. I ended up bending things back into shape as best I could to move forward. This left me with the disappointing feeling that I was putting a flimsy frame at the core of my gate.Once things were as straight and true as I could get them, installation was exactly as advertised. The hardest part was making sure my measurements were correct. Beyond that it went together wonderfully. One note... I realized that both my units were mis-labeled with a "latch side" sticker placed on the hinge side of the frame. This meant that I installed both frames backwards, and only realized it when it was time to install the anti-sag cable. If I had followed the labels, the cable would have been forcing the latch side into the ground, not lifting it. Thankfully, the hinges are simple to remove and swap. Some wasted time, but glad I didn't get further into the process before noticing.Once the frames were installed, and the wood facing was put on the gate I was very happy with how things were getting on. I noticed one side sagging just a bit after about two hours. When I went to tighten the cable just a bit (maybe one and a half turns) the factory crimped end snapped out. The cable didn't break, but slid out of the flimsy metal crimp making a loop in that end of the cable. Due to this I'll be removing both factory cables and replacing with a thicker gauge, and hand tightened saddle type holds.I would absolutely use the adjust-a-gate system for smaller gates. It's a really fast and simple way to build a gate with a nice system to keep it from sagging. If I have another wide driveway gate to do, I'll have a similar, but more sturdy, frame made by a local welder. Like I said. totally love the concept, and wanted to love the product... but flimsy stock and faulty construction made me grumpy.

Fantastic product

My Adjust-A-Gate arrived within days of order it. Amazing. It came well packaged, with all parts separately wrapped. The instructions were as clear as could be made in print. As with all instructions; read them through completely, examining each part and screw to become familiar with the order of construction. I have two more gates to replace, and will be ordering more Adjust-A-Gates.

nice option

Gate was easy to install, sag is adjustable. My only complaint is that the gate can only open one way (in) and the other side cannot be flush with the posts. Gate latch seems cheap also. Everything else seemed a good quality.
