Fair to par with the course...

Pros: The costume is made of half way decent material. The Pleather jumpsuit is extremely warm so don't wear it in the summer. The visual looks are overall authentic, didn't have any major complaints and only compliments when I wore the costume. Overall I would say it's realistic looking. I did have to make some alterations in order to accommodate me.Cons: The Cons: Rubies Chinese sweatshop manufacturing factory uses cheap zippers for the jump suit and leg braces. I ended up having to replace those with a higher quality material. Given my height i had to trim the large cape to keep it from dragging in the dirt (wouldn't say it's a con). The zip stop cords to attach items to the body were a bit much;did require to cut them down to size. The cod piece battle thong didn't completely loop around since the loop was smaller than the clip (another alteration). The original face-mask needed to have changes made, the low quality plastic used for the eyes fogged up in seconds (since you sweat like a stuffed pig). But can be replaced with Dremeled Ballistic ABS glasses...;) And the mask is crooked..only a sharp eye would notice that...:)Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm satisfied with the look of the costume.I'm less than satisfied with the quality of the costume. It required extensive alterations that ended up adding an additional 110 dollars in order to accommodate the weekend deadline.I'm hard pressed to give it a 5 stars since my expectations were higher for a product exceeding $500 dollars and I got $200 quality. Given the extensive modifications needed in order to improve the or fix the quality issues i'm also hard pressed to give it 4 stars. Lastly I would say 3.5 stars but I can't rate it as such on this site. I'm happy with it...to a point. It was a hit over all..:) I wish rubies would have used better more durable materials in the sweatshops. But what can you expect from Chinese low-medium quality manufacturing process. Lucasarts Film should carefully consider what to sign off as a licensed product; for the star wars geeks this is a hard item to fit a rigorous fan.

Love it!

For Halloween and playing around with the kids, this is great. I had to modify the fake leather suit to fit (torso was way to short and you can barely lift arms) Like every one says it's really hot so I may cut part of the back out and put a more breathable material back there cause no one sees that part anyways. Just need some boots and maybe better gloves and it's good to go!

Its a really good halloween or costume party. if your hoping to join the 501st legion DO NOT BUY THIS. But otherwise this costume is legit. badass.
