AWESOME! Installed on a boat tower, totally water proof!

I installed these and two 4.2s on a boat tower using tower clamps. They are awesome at projecting the sound to be heard while being towed. They look great and are completely splash proof! I literally hose them down sometimes. ;)The bass response is pretty good for 6" drivers and the claimed line-array really seems to work well! With the line-array you can really tell when you fall outside the coverage pattern.Once note: I blew the tweeter driver in one of them which looked to be like a factory defect. The diaphragm separated from a portion of the surround... something you cannot do by overpowering. Luckily EV has replacement tweeters and they're not that expensive. New tweeter installed and playing great!With these...I've got the loudest boat on the water! :)
