This is the most amazing product. There are many nights that I just have trouble falling asleep. I can use this product and within 20 minutes I am fast asleep not just drowsy. I can even wake up in the middle of the night (which I do actually several times) and have no trouble returning to sleep without using it again! It just works, I don't understand how but it does!
