Knees

I have to say this product worked out pretty well --Although I wish I could find a cheap knee brace where the cold pack was actually built into the brace more securely - this works well.It has two cold packs in it that velcro in and out - I put mine in the refrigerator instead of the freezer, because I don't want to have to put anything between the brace and me knee.I use these pretty much 5 times a week after hard work outs and it significantly reduces any kind of knee troubles I have been having.If you are looking for a solution I would try this one out.

Best Knee Wrap Out There

I've tried a various wraps, and they all fall apart after a few months, or the velcro destroys the fabric after a while so that it makes it very difficult for the straps to adhere. This one is made from a sturdy fabric that does not do that, and has not pilled or affected the fabric at all. The wrap stays on securely and does not budge. It provides some compression, as well. This wrap seems as though it will last a long time, which is good, considering the cost! The ice packs (there are 2 included, so 1 can be ready in the freezer as a back up at all times) are very cold, but I put a thin towel on top of them before applying to my knee. The packs have a sleeve that you place them in made from a sturdy nylon fabric. This fabric has 4 large strips of velcro (one on each corner) that adheres to the inside of the wrap. Great design. Worth the $$!
