This (flat rod)snake is one I have been looking for since I worked for a contractor over 20yrs ago,we ofter would use this style snake in feild tile to detect plug or broken ..at a 100ft or 180ft distance between backhoe dig-up...with the wheel rolling effect,I was able to use this (flat rod)in plastic tile with no damage to loosen and free-up the sand like deposit that built-up over 15yrs...and this rod/snake is ..NOT... just some cheap wimpy ,flem-flammy,buckel-up/bending cheap junk ..that somebody want's to get your money & you get one time use or good luck at useing...this is a 5 star product for my use..JIM THOMPSON...1-1-2012
