Love this product!

Wow! We bought this for our 2 yr old. He loves it & so do all his friends. The walls are not as high as I would have imagined but still a wonderful toy! We have spent hours outside bouncing and climbing in and out of the bouncer. By far the best money we've spent in a while!

worst customer service ever and it leaked on 2nd day!

I bought this for my 2 year old for his birthday and the second day the seams started to come apart. He maybe jumped in it an hour total. I called toys r us (had my receipt) they wouldn't take it back cause it was open. Had to call the number on the box. I had to take pictures of the leak and mail them to toyquest/fisher price. Then of course they told me i didnt qualify for a replacement saying its supposed to let out air so it doesnt pop (but not out of a seam leak that will just get worse)and if i wanted a refund i had to go to toys r us and of course toys r us says i need to go through fisher price. Im still trying to get a replacement weeks later. You would think they would stand behind it i mean its FISHER PRICE but no luck so far. My kid weighs 28lbs and for the price and having it two days its just ridiculous. It would be a nice bounce house if that didnt happen i was happy with it but they have a lot of similar reviews about the seams leaking so maybe that's a popular problem.

My husband and I purchased this bouncer for our daughter's 1st birthday and she absolutely loved it! We use it all the time and the setup is super easy! The other great thing about it is that it's so quiet! I would recommend this bouncer to anyone and I just know we will have it for years to come (and children to come)!
