Very affordable and pack a good punch !!

The 7800gt cards were deffinatly sleepers , they didnt look like much when you reviewed the statistics in comparrison to other cards , but when you plugged one or even two into your motherboard - there power was evident right away - color appear more vibrant on your desktop , the overall computer performance was boosted since the CPU no longer had to handle the graphics of the entire system - and playing games or image editing became a breeze.I actually had two of these installed on a computer running a AMD athlon x2 4400 + cpu " 2.2ghz dual core " with 2 GB Ram , on a pretty nice Gigabyte board and installed the new hit , and power hungry game "Crysis" and for any of you that know gaming - Crysis can slow down a 3000-4000 dollar PC by todays standards no problem. Anyhow - I actually was playing Crysis with all setting to "High" not "Very High" but high at basic resolution of 1024x768 and was putting up more than a good enough frame rate to enjoy the game - if I was to guess I would say about 35-45fps area ,and it looked really good - even better than my xbox 360. I personally played alot of Counter Strike Source , and it uses a good amount of power - and still I maintained a easy 140-160 fps on that game with all the setting maxed out.All in all - Crysis alone running on these cards is enough said - if your looking for a budget upgrade to your computer - this card is very nice - and is sure to provide some happy gaming or video/image editing ease.
