order item, quick delivery.easy install on my impala ss satisfied with product. Only slight issue would be hard acceleration, slight stall because its trying to suck in alot of air. My ss has little mods, maybe with alot of mods or modification to get a true direct air to the filter with the stock hood, i probably won't notice this. But like i said its a good product

Took a bit of work but I managed to get it installed with a bit of effort and sweat. Make sure to remove homebase if you have a B-body LT1 or you'll be wasting a lot of potential.

I had the stock air boxes on my 96' impala ss with 180,000 miles on it. bought the K&N and i immediately noticed a change in my top end acceleration. the response was like nothing else. i highly recommend this for the LT1 motor. i also have 40 series flowmasters on my vehicle so it breathes well. next upgrade will be the headers. GREAT BUY FOR THE PRICe!!
