AEM Short Ram intake systems are an economical alternative to our Cold Air systems and deliver performance, value and ease of installation over any other short inlet intake. Our Short Ram intakes install easily under the hood and cost less because we use less material to manufacture them. During the development process, we found certain applications respond favorably to shorter inlet lengths over our longer Cold Air designs. For these applications (denoted in the search results page), we offer a Short Ram system only. We perform extensive temperature testing to locate the filter in the coolest area of the engine compartment, which allows our Short Ram systems to achieve the lowest inlet temperatures possible. Please refer to our temperature testing procedures for more information.

Excellent, but purchase last

Buy this ONLY if you have no intentions of changing out your air/fuel intake manifold. It fit beautifully on my stock manifold, but didn't fit at all when I changed to a perfomance manifold. Great part for light modification, but might prove useless if you start to really modify your engine.

Doesn't fit a 1997 Civic perfectly.

In order to install you have to undo a couple bolts on the strut tower and replace them, and even then the whole thing is crooked and pulls on the rubber stopper causing it to crack.

This intake is truly spectacular!! once you get into higher revs you'll tingle!! This is really worth the money.. I am not a mechanic, yet I installed this! All you need is a screw driver and a 10 mm wrench(depending on your car)

I put this on an Integra. This Short ram intake looks good and has a great sound when accelerating. I did notice a little bit of power gain, but don't expect a ton.

A excellent pump.

I bought this exact same pump from Menards 8 years ago when we built our pond.This pump was never shut off except to clean the pond. It ran for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 8 years until the bearings finally gave out. That is why I bought another one just like it. A excellent pump for the money. Thank you Little Giant for a wonderful well made product.

GREAT Pump

WONDERFUL pump. I previously had the pump just under this one. It was given to me by a friend who used it for two years ... we used the pump for an additional 3 years before it broke. BUT, the ONLY reason it went out was because during the night a storm hit, put a huge hole in liner, water ran out and pump ran dry. This pump is SO much better, the flow is EXCELLENT!!!!! Very, very, very worth the little extra cash. Strongly recommend!!
