Is this a replacement for a real conga? Nope. Not even close.But sometimes you want to practice and not lug around a big ol' drum, and this little guy fits the bill nicely.The 11 3/4" size makes it large enough to practice most techniques, including heel/toe and slaps. You can practice bass technique as well, but it won't actually sound like a real bass hit at all.
