Three Phase 56J frame pool pump motor. Can also be used on any pump requiring a 56J frame motor, ball bearings. Wiring diagram on motor name plate. I used this to replace a single-speed motor on a Hayward replacement pool pump because I wanted to run a 24/7 pumping schedule at a low flow rate.Coupled this with a TECO 3 phase inverter and now running circulation at 25% of pump speed continuously. Pool water seems to maintain its clarity, pump is almost inaudible and cost of electriciy is 1/2 of what it was running the single-speed motor for 6 hrs/day.Replacement was simple although the wiring is a bit more complex.
