As a Personal Chef, I did some macrobiotic cooking for a new client who had this knife. I used it and instantly fell in love with it. It's super sharp and very easy to control. The perfect knife for all types of veggies. I ordered one and I'm glad I did.

Great Knife!!

My husband does most of the cooking since he is really good at it!I got this for him for Christmas and he Loves it!!**It is Really sharp, so be Careful.**I accidently barely touched the blade with my finger and cut it pretty good!

Nice sharp knife!

Bought this after taking a macrobiotic cooking class (instructor had exact same knife). Cuts veggies beautifully. Knife wasn't super-sharp, but I had it sharpened at a cutlery store and it has an amazing edge.
