Best Heavy Duty Chain for the Price
By S. McCalister
It's thick enough to be a deter thieves who want to cut through a lock, and in that respect, any large lock will do.This lock was the best value I could find on the net. I live in Hawaii and the total cost was around $55 - with free supersaver shipping.Pros: Price, durability, nylon sleave, no lock.Cons: what you'd expect - it's heavy. Why is having no lock a Pro? Because most locks are a joke. Buy this chain, then go to a locksmith and invest in a 6-pin key hockey-puck lock. Medico or Masterlock, then you know that whatever you lock up is pretty secure. Check out Youtube videos on how to pick locks - especially combinations locks - scary!Hope this review helps!

Tuff Product
By Ricardo J. Garcia
I have purchased several of these chains and while fortunatly I have not found my self in the perdicament of testing just how tuff they are. I do feel that they are the most secure chains I have ever bought. Unlike others they do not rust or corode! I use the chains in salt water as a security chain for my boat's trailer. I did spray them with a silicone lubricant as a preventitive measure before putting them to use.

Great chain
By N. Stark
I use this chain to lock a gate that leads to the alley. Last week someone used bolt cutters to cut a very heavy chain that I had been using previously. I needed something much more secure than I could get at Home Depot. This four-foot chain weighs 20 pounds or more. I believe it will live up to its claim of requiring 30,000 pounds of force to cut a link. I gave this chain five stars because I am convinced of its strength.
