Nice addition.

I got this gauge for my WRX (did not have a stock gauge) along with the ATI gauge cluster to replace the dash clock. Seems to be very accurate and quick to respond to throttle movements. The stock plastic tubing is cheap but works OK. DO NOT kink the line. I repeat, be very careful when unwinding the plastic tubing. If you accidentally kink the line, go to your local auto parts store and buy a replacement. One helpful trick I found was to use speaker wire wraps to protect the plastic line when routing it inside the dash. This plastic wire wrap can be found at any auto parts store. Also, the brass connectors is very tiny and hard to get a good fit. The first one was easy for me to connect but the second one was a pain, I think I tightened the screw without the plastic tube properly seated, once you crush the ferrule (inside the brass connector) it can't be reused. As for the light, it works OK. You get a red and green rubber cap to put over the light to match your stock dash lights. I found the colored caps to only slightly change the color of the white bulb. overall, I'm very happy and will be ordering other gauges from Auto Meter.

Does what it's supposed to.

I compared this gauge to a more expensive autometer electrical gauge and the 4-bar MAP sensor on my ECU and it was always within 1in/HG or 1lb psi of their values. In fact it reacted faster to changes than the electrical gauge. My only complaint is with the hard nylon hose that came with the unit. Because the hose was coiled it was almost impossible to get it through the firewall to the vacuum source without kinking it. Also, the rubber connectors were cracked within a few weeks (located far away from any major heat sources).Replaced the hoses and connectors with some decent vacuum line and everything was fixed!
